Inside the Feline Mind

Or so I am told.  Others have called me by other names.  But I like currently being Boris.

Six years ago I was a stray and spent several months at that place called “the pound” where I was kept warm and dry, in a cage all by myself.  I liked the people who came to pet and play with me.  And the ones who made my teeth pain go away.  

I spent months in that comfortable but caged environment waiting for the right person who would see my funny, friendly nature and who could see past my “senior” and “special needs” status.  They didn’t even put on my brag sheet that I am also completely deaf! 

And then along came my new friend, who took me home.  And now I’m learning to express myself more each day, both verbally and non-verbally.  It turns out that I have a lot to say….
